2) Advising landowners in relation to several large scale Solar Farms Options, including a 27 Acre site that has recently obtained planning consent and is now progressing to the development stage;

3) Working with a Cornish based developer's lawyers to produce a standard set of Solar Farm documentation; and

4) Negotiating complex section 106 agreements and advising clients on complying with planning obligations/conditions.
