Agriculture
We are very proud to be able to say that we are specialists in agricultural law and our firm has been acting for farmers and other large landowners for as long as we can remember.
Of primary importance to us is that we build long lasting relationships with our clients and to provide support for their business and personal needs.
We have a wide range of expertise to deal with diversification interests, including landowner development, leisure and tourism and renewable energy.
Recent examples of transactions that we have been involved in include:
1) Sale of 1000 acre farm in Snowdonia (which included a mountain!)
2) Purchase of a farm in Milton Abbott, Devon
3) Sale of a farm in Holsworthy for £1.9m
4) Purchase of several large holdings in Helston for in excess of £1.5m
5) Partitioning several large farm holdings
6) Securing options in relation to proposed solar farms
We have a wealth of experience and can assist in a range of agricultural matters, whether of a contentious or non-contentious nature.
Louis Mathers is the head of our Agriculture team and his details are set out below.
